Shop Policies (Milesbead)

Handmade with Care: Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to order. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. (Note: Processing time is different from shipping time).
Shipping Carrier: We primarily use YunExpress (for international orders) and USPS (for final delivery/local shipping) to ensure reliable service.
Estimated Delivery: * USA & UK: 7–15 business days.
Other Countries: 5–15 business days.
Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot change the destination or issue refunds for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Customs & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellation Window: We accept cancellations and full refunds only within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the crafting process has begun, and the order cannot be cancelled.
Final Sale: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final once the 24-hour window has passed or the item has been shipped.
No Refunds After Shipping: Once a package is handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, we cannot intercept the package or issue a refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to "change of mind."
Damaged Items: If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at milesbead@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate and provide a solution (replacement or partial refund) on a case-by-case basis.
Lost Packages: If a package fails to be delivered or is lost in transit, please contact us. While we are not liable for carrier errors, we will do our best to help you file a claim and find a solution.

As these are handmade items, slight variations in color, size, and bead placement may occur. These are unique characteristics of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.
Safety Warning: Our products contain small parts and are not toys. Please keep them away from children and pets to avoid choking hazards.
